Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the company
• 5 - 10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access
• Experience with Power BI
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create trust with business units

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and business analysis and forecasting as part of assigned projects
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis and reporting
• Prepare and present ad hoc reports and analyses to management
• Coordinate activities to ensure projects progress and meet deadlines
• Explain variances and provide recommendations on reserves, assets, and expenditures
