H-E-B seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to perform research and prepare financial analyses guiding corporate planning decisions. You will design analyses, conduct complex assessments for strategic programs, and act as a consultant on P&A initiatives while leading cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of retail accounting-finance principles related to forecasting, budgeting, and decision models.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced facilitation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops analysis processes focused on providing a financial solution.
• Performs highly complex analysis of information used to make decisions on implementation of strategic programs and changes.
• Evaluates/scorecards innovative, strategic programs to measure effectiveness.
• Acts as consultant on P&A programs, processes, policies.
• Develops and implements performance improvement strategies, evaluates ongoing project performance.
• Participates in cross-departmental projects and leads cross-functional special projects as necessary.
