Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a seasoned financial analyst to perform financial and business analyses, develop forecasts, and maintain spreadsheets and databases to support reporting. You will lead financial analysis projects, prepare ad hoc reports, and present findings to management across levels.

You will evaluate variances, advise on reserves, assets and expenditures, and collaborate with other departments to document policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Access; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and business related analysis.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis and reporting.
• Lead financial analysis projects and prepare ad hoc reports for management.
• Communicate analysis results and project status to management.
• Provide reasoning for variances and recommendations on reserves, assets, and expenditures.
