Shirley Ryan AbilityLab seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead complex financial analysis and modeling. You will support the Long Range Financial Plan, treasury activities, and annual budgeting with data-driven insights for decision-making.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in healthcare finance, strong data modeling, and communication skills to present to senior leadership while mentoring junior analysts in a high-pressure healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Proven ability to apply critical thinking and analytic skills to formulate recommendations.
Excellent statistical and data-modeling skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis including complex modeling, projections, reports, and presentations.
Assist in development and update of the Long Range Financial Plan model with scenario analyses.
Assist in treasury functions such as cash management, investment management, and debt compliance.
Provide key support in annual budget preparation process.
Perform financial risk and cost variation analysis using advanced techniques.
Oversee financial and market analysis on internal initiatives and external business opportunities.
