Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Related Field.
• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting preferred.
• Regulatory reporting experience (Call Report, CECL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly/monthly/quarterly financial performance analyses for management review.
• Gathers peer data to analyze performance and inform pricing actions.
• Assesses financial risk and communicates impact of initiatives with stakeholders.
• Supports profitability measurement across branches, cost centers, products and members.
• Assists with regulatory reporting (Call Report, CECL) and quarterly submissions.
• Supports the annual budgeting process with cross-organizational collaboration.
