Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Related Field.
• Three to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures application functionality and efficiency and collaborates with lines of business to support development, configuration, testing, upgrades and implementation of business systems.
• Gathers requirements and provides subject matter expertise to educate lines of business and communicates with stakeholders.
• Maintains knowledge of supported systems and provides backup support for additional systems as needed.
• Builds vendor relationships representing the Credit Union and evaluates available services and benefits.
• Identifies process improvements, cost savings, efficiencies and communicates trends to support decisions.
• Assists with Audit, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning for IT.
• Provides after-hours and weekend support for applications and systems as needed.
• Presents reports to Leadership Team and Stakeholders.
