Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex financial analyses and reports informing management decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports and studies providing actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with units to develop annual budgets, expense forecasts, staffing plans, and statistical reporting.
• Consolidate financial data to present performance, variances, and cost drivers.
• Provide variance explanations and cost analyses to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Produce reliable financial forecasts to support resource allocation.
• Coach and lead less-experienced Financial Analysts.
• Ensure financial insights and reporting support organizational goals and long-term success.
