Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support analytics and planning, interfacing with senior stakeholders to investigate, analyze, and advise on financial matters.

You will consolidate data for planning, review variances, and partner with department leaders to drive profitability using SQL and Excel; requires 7–10 years' experience and a finance degree. MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related analytical field.
• 7–10 years of analytical professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, macros, modeling).
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and cross-functional teams.
• Snowflake SQL and Postgres SQL experience desirable.
• MBA preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak season.
• Understanding of financial statements and budgeting process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and validate data for business planning to support teams.
• Review driver-based results vs monthly actuals; explain variances.
• Review trends; assess drivers and adjust as needed.
• Partner with department leaders to understand processes and drive profitability.
• Pull, analyze, and present data to inform decisions.
• Develop reports and apply analytics to evaluate forecast reasonableness per GAAP.
• Leverage business drivers to improve margins and efficiency.
• Improve systems and processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
