PACCAR Parts North America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for SG&A and warehouse expenses. This role partners with division leadership, department managers, and North America distribution centers to deliver accurate financial results, meaningful variance analysis, and actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate will lead budgeting processes, perform month-end close analyses, and support SOX/ICAP activities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Three+ years of progressively responsible accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare SG&A and warehouse expense forecasts, reports, and analyses.
• Perform actual-to-forecast and actual-to-budget variance analysis during month-end close.
• Support payroll process for hourly employees in U.S. Parts Distribution Centers.
• Lead the annual SG&A and warehouse budget process and prepare senior management materials.
• Collaborate with division offices and North America Distribution Centers for accurate results.
