PACCAR is a global leader in commercial vehicles and related services, seeking a Financial Analyst to support daily accounting for new engine program development. You will interact with Senior Management in a fast-paced environment and contribute to timely financial statements.

Responsibilities include cost management, month-end close, forecasting, internal controls, and plant process improvements. A Bachelor's in Accounting and 1–3 years of experience are required; CPA/CMA or MS is preferred;

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting required. CPA/CMA or Master's Degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years' experience in Accounting required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong collaboration, analytical and accounting skills, attention to details.
• Strong Excel and Access skill required.
• SAP/ERP system experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
• Work independently and as part of a team; take on new tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results oriented with attention to detail; hands-on self-starter.
• Ability to work with all employee levels, including senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide project cost management services such as cost estimates and invoice analysis.
• Prepare management reports and key data for reporting.
• Oversee Month-End Close Activities for timely reporting.
• Manage forecast for plant related activities.
• Participate in internal control reviews and SOX documentation/testing.
• Contribute to plant accounting process improvements.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and quarterly audits.
• Maintain effective written and oral communications internally and externally.
