Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Light Duty Revenue to partner with Sales on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will analyze sales and credit accruals and support monthly close, with opportunities to grow into larger roles.

This role requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems experience (SAP, Hyperion, BOBJ, Qlik Sense, Power BI). B.S. in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of related experience are required; MBA a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial issues clearly.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, BOBJ, Qlik Sense, or Power BI preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is a plus.
• Ability to develop strategic relationships with business partners.
• Physical capability to lift 20 pounds.
• Moderate noise and travel expectations in role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership to set and monitor KPIs and forecasts.
• Develop quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for LD segment.
• Analyze monthly results and variances to budget and forecast.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting to support decision-making.
• Support month-end close and AR analysis for financial reports.
• Prepare rebate schedules and ensure SOX approvals for payments.
• Review customer agreements for accrual requirements.
• Maintain rebate agreements in SAP and settlements.
• Develop financial models to guide leadership decisions.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency in sales accounting.
• Assist with acquisitions integration as needed.
• Prepare leadership presentations for Board meetings.
