LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing renewable energy company to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to support financing and execution of a diverse solar portfolio. You will work on project finance, capital markets, debt facilities, and investor relations, evaluating project economics and driving transactions from inception through closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics.
• 3+ years of experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, renewable energy finance, infrastructure investing, corporate finance, valuation, or a similar analytical environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and analyze complex financial models related to renewable energy assets and financing structures
• Prepare project cash flow forecasts, financial analyses, and investment materials
• Support debt and tax-advantaged financing transactions through diligence, analysis, and execution activities
• Coordinate with investors, lenders, consultants, attorneys, and internal business partners throughout the financing process
• Review project performance assumptions, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Assist with transaction documentation, reporting requirements, and closing activities
• Participate in investor and lender discussions while providing analytical support on financing initiatives
• Help manage multiple transactions and financing workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

LHH is partnering with a rapidly growing renewable energy company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the financing and execution of a diverse portfolio of solar energy projects.

This position offers exposure to project finance, capital markets transactions, debt facilities, investor relationships, and renewable energy investments. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate project economics, support transaction execution, and help drive financing initiatives from inception through closing.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience building or working with complex financial modelsStrong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across multiple projects

Preferred Experience

• Renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, or power sector exposure
• Debt financing, project finance, or transaction execution experience
• Experience working with investors, lenders, or institutional capital providers
• Familiarity with solar, distributed generation, infrastructure, or energy-related investments

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range is estimated to be $100-130k.
