What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the annual budget and monthly forecast process in collaboration with FP&A leadership
- Develop and analyze budgets and forecasts, maintaining relevant financial and operational matrices
- Communicate with senior management and corporate clients regarding budget formulation and financial analyses
- Identify trends and produce reports to guide Line of Business leaders and Executive Management
- Oversee the client budget and forecasting process in collaboration with Operations and Client Relations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or 3 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) related role
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with budget tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with prior supervisory experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion Planning, and Essbase
- Proven leadership ability and strong computer expertise
- Results-oriented professional with a record of contributions through improved procedures
- Prior management experience
