• Perform cost-of-service rate and fee studies, economic analyses, and develop user-friendly Excel financial models.
• Support project managers and senior staff by managing project tasks and overseeing junior analysts and subcontractors.
• Prepare study memoranda, reports, and presentations summarizing assumptions, analyses, findings, and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, prepare qualifications and proposal packages, participate in pursuit interviews.
• Complete quality control reviews for work performed under direction.
