Job summary

Bowhead Program Management & Operations seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to work as a member of a team, providing program management, analytical, financial & technical reporting in support of NSWCCD in Norfolk, VA.

Duties include supporting meetings, developing meeting minutes, and providing documentation based on client inputs, preparing and updating complex schedules, and updating data on client SharePoint sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience conducting studies and preparing reports on feasibility and cost effectiveness.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provides in depth analytical, administrative and program management support.
• Researches and investigates changes in project scope and implements changes as needed.
• Follows reporting systems including data gathering, analytics and system evaluation.
• Develops and maintains program documentation and technical reports.
• Contributes to evaluation, analysis and development of recommended solutions.
• Monitors program progress and customer satisfaction with periodic status reports.
• Facilitates communication between the client and external agencies.
• Prepares program correspondence and performs other duties as assigned.
