Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides in depth analytical, administrative and program management support.
• Researches and investigates the need for, and impact of, changes in project scope; develop and implement changes as needed.
• Follows reporting systems including data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology.
• Develops and maintains program documentation and technical reports; conducts assessments and communicates results.
• Contributes to evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions.
• Monitors program progress and customer satisfaction; provide periodic status reports as needed.
• Facilitates efficient communication between the client and external agencies.
• Prepares program correspondence as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
