Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years related finance experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle and OBIEE or other comparable accounting systems.
• Government Contract experience.
• Experience with various contract types (T&M, Firm Fixed Price).
• Knowledge of billing and revenue cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly and quarterly financial reviews to provide insight into the business.
• Prepare monthly cost forecast, risk assessment and variance analysis for senior management.
• Prepare financial cost reports for monthly close and forecasting process.
• Analyze monthly forecast and current quarter and future projections.
• Develop long-range financial models with management.
• Possibly handle risk identification and recovery responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and procedures.
• Ensure readiness and generate responses for audits.
• Provide financial guidance to drive profitable growth.
• Manage procurement and cost submissions with proper backups.
• Collaborate across sales, operations, and project management.
• Monitor indirect rates, rate pools, and allocations.
