Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–3 years of experience, preferably including Big 4 audit experience.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred.
• Exposure to private equity or alternative investments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, accounting, and operational activities across investment funds and related entities.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting, treasury management, capital calls, and distributions.
• Coordinate with third-party fund administrators, auditors, and tax professionals to review financial reporting and deliverables.
• Assist with quarterly investment valuations, portfolio monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and review reporting packages and financial information for investors and senior leadership.
• Support investment due diligence, transaction-related activities, and special projects.
• Assist with annual audits, tax reporting, and internal control initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
