Jobot seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to be the pricing and commercial finance partner to the Sales organization, delivering decision-ready financial data on profitability and deal economics. You will craft models that assess pricing, contract structures, and revenue initiatives, and present recommendations to executives.
This role sits at the table with Sales and leadership, influencing pricing governance and strategy with direct access to executive leadership.
Sr. Financial Analyst | Exposure to C-Suite
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year
Our client is a private equity backed, recurring-revenue services company that has grown into a national leader in its space by making a complex, hands-on operational problem disappear for its customers. They serve thousands of locations across the country through a network of regional operations and a large field team, and the business has the scale and stability of an established company while still moving with the urgency of one that is actively growing. Finance here is not a reporting function tucked in a corner. It sits close to the commercial side of the business and has a real say in how deals get done.
This is not a back-office FP&A seat. You'll sit inside the Commercial team and be the finance voice in the room when pricing, deal structure, and go-to-market decisions get made. The leader you'll report to is looking for someone who wants to be visible: someone who can walk into a room full of sales leaders, put the numbers in front of them in a way that actually lands, and change how a deal gets done. The nice part is that this role has a direct line to executive leadership, so the models you build and the recommendations you make show up in real decisions, fast.
As the Senior Financial Analyst for Pricing & Commercial Finance, you'll serve as the strategic finance partner to the Commercial organization. Your job is to make sure every pricing decision, customer proposal, and revenue initiative is grounded in solid financial analysis, and to make that analysis useful to the people selling.
