Job summary

Eaton’s Vehicle Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Carol Stream, IL manufacturing facility. The role supports plant management, ensures GAAP/SOX compliance, and drives financial analysis and reporting.

The position offers relocation assistance and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize cost, inventory, and capital projects. This role requires strong Excel skills and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in financial planning, analysis and/or performance reporting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future.
• SOX/US GAAP knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in month end closings, journal entries, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual profit plan, strategic plan, operating reviews and reporting of financial data and analysis.
• Research, compile and analyze financial data; present summarized results and recommendations to management.
• Lead capital project accounting including budgeting, expense recognition, tracking and closing projects.
