Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, pricing/revenue analytics, or related analytical roles.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large data sets.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident with senior leaders.
• Ability to own projects, prioritize deadlines, and drive outcomes.
• Proactive, curious mindset to understand the business behind numbers.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own financial and business analysis projects from question to final recommendation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, pricing, trends, KPIs, and other drivers.
• Perform P&L and variance analyses and explain trends to leaders.
• Develop models, reporting, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Present findings to senior leadership and answer follow-ups.
• Partner with finance, operations, and commercial teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and profitability.
• Support data integrity, controls, and recurring reporting.
