Job summary

Core Project Management is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance in an industrial environment in Orange, Texas. Chemical plant experience is highly preferred.

The role requires strong Excel and SAP/ERP experience, plus solid financial modeling and analytical skills. Local candidates only; no travel. Primary responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – REQUIRED.
• SAP/ERP experience – REQUIRED.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an industrial/chemical plant environment.
• Must be local to Orange, TX or surrounding areas.

CHEMICAL PLANT EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED!

We are looking for a results-driven financial professional with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and hands-on SAP experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Lead product inventories in compliance with SOX/Internal Controls

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or FP&A software
• Strong understanding of financial controls and operational accounting

SCHEDULE:

Primarily Monday-Friday, with weekends and overtime as needed.
