Job summary

LHH Professional Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for our Houston area client to support financial modeling, planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPI calculations and corporate finance functions. The ideal candidate will be analytical, results-driven and excel-focused in a culture that rewards high performers.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a base compensation up to $115K, DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years of related financial analysis and reporting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and exposure to BI tools.
• Experience in the oil & gas, energy, manufacturing or related space.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly consolidations processes.
• Perform quantitative analysis on business unit performance.
• Create and maintain financial models for mergers, acquisitions and operational activity.
• Collaborate with management on monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting.
• Work closely with the business on strategic objectives.
• Utilization of business intelligence tools to build financial reports and dashboards.
• Support senior management presentations.

• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
