General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its Operations organization.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining forecasting and analytical approaches aligned with company objectives, ensuring compliant financial practices and procedures, and delivering timely insights to leadership. As a key business partner to the Operations finance leadership team, you will respond to inquiries, identify issues, and develop innovative solutions

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting/finance.
• At least 10 years of progressive cost accounting experience in a corporate/government contractor environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting principles, standards, and practices; strong project leadership.
• Experience with government reports (IPMR, CFSR, CSDR) and Earned Value Management is desirable.
• Proficiency with SAP; strong Excel skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Operations to provide financial guidance and drive profitability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
• Develop and present financial reports and executive-level analyses.
• Monitor controls and ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, PM, Engineering to improve processes; support rate analysis and inventory forecasts.
• Support forecasting and development of forward pricing rate proposals and annual plans.
