Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive operational excellence across FCC agriculture operations through budgeting, monthly reporting, and detailed forecasting. You will develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting that tie ERP data (SAP) to KPI metrics for harvesting, hauling, and shop activities.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of financial analysis experience, a BA/BS in Finance or Accounting, and strong Excel skills with familiarity in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3–6 years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency with Excel including modeling, sensitivity analysis, and pivot tables.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems desirable.
• Knowledge of GAAP and high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support planning/forecasting process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Review equipment to determine replacement cycles, costs, and downtime implications.
• Leverage ERP data to produce timely reports of actual vs budget/forecast.
• Provide variance commentary to aid management decisions.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards linking operational and financial data.
• Track KPIs such as equipment utilization and harvest performance.
