KODA Resources Management, LLC is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, strategic decision-making, and business development initiatives in the oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of corporate finance or private equity experience within oil and gas, along with strong financial modeling, research, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of corporate finance or private equity experience, ideally in oil and gas.
• MBA or CFA designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate financial models for budgeting, planning, valuations, and strategic analysis.
• Support FP&A processes including forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Analyze financial, operational, and commercial development for growth, acquisitions, divestitures, and M&A.
• Prepare board, management, and bank presentations with key financial insights.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate and implement corporate strategy initiatives.
