• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of finance experience (Inventory Management, Program Finance, General Accounting, FP&A).
• Ability to extract data from multiple sources and summarize the program's financial position.
• Strong problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with remote teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver accurate financial reporting and forecasting (inventory, cash, capital) and risk/opportunity management.
• Partner with program teams to set cash goals and inventory budgets; support EAC development.
• Execute monthly close activities, including revenue recognition and journal entries.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and operational metrics reporting.
