Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the NA Operations HCE team, supporting headcount and cost planning across North America. The role involves partnering with finance and operations leaders, building scalable models, and delivering standardized processes for budgeting and reporting.

The successful candidate will influence executives, work with large-scale data, and help drive automation and efficiency across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• MBA, or CPA (preferred).
• Knowledge of Tableau.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).

Responsibilities

• Identifies control risks, evaluates impact, implements process improvements.
• Contributes to weekly/monthly financial close.
• Produces plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations.
• Communicates data clearly in written and verbal form.
• Identifies solutions to automate and standardize finance processes.
• Manages time and priorities across a team, meeting deadlines.
