Qualifications

5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
6+ years applying KPIs to analyses to measure performance.

Responsibilities

Expertise collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to lead business improvement and cost reductions.
Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then providing actionable insights.
Advanced reporting and analysis using Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, look ups).
Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability.
Manage the development of all weekly and monthly financial close, planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation and communication to Operations partners.
Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure key decision data is accurate, automated and timely.
