What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute and ensure accuracy of regular reporting processes, including Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews
- Create, improve, and maintain financial metrics, reports, and scorecards for consolidation
- Develop annual projections, routine forecasts, and scalable processes for financial reporting
- Build relationships with Finance and SG&A business partners to drive process improvements
- Support financial due diligence for pre-IPO preparation and evaluate cost-saving initiatives on the P&L

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field with 4+ years of experience in accounting, business, or finance
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting tools like NetSuite and Adaptive Insights
- Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and SQL
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in generating SQL queries
