KSA Integration, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the anticipated U.S. Marine Corps Program Office at Quantico, VA. The role involves financial formulation and execution under stringent standards for government contracting.

Responsibilities include reporting, budget tracking, and audit readiness while coordinating with the PM for financial management. The position requires 12 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and an active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fluency in DAI, Cerberus, SABRS, and PIEE

Responsibilities

• Support daily and weekly financial execution with reports that explain each change; generate Funding Action Requests and process them through DAI, including iProcurement submission
• Track budget execution against the Budget Plan and Office of the Secretary of War benchmarks; monitor open procurement requests; keep the program checkbook accurate, verifiable, and traceable
• Reconcile the funding phasing plan, POM, actual execution, and forecast; flag anomalies between program records and SABRS for correction by next business day
• Perform POM variance, cost-benefit, shortfall, and trade-off analyses; synthesize results into Excel models and PowerPoint products
• Prepare Status of Funds reporting across appropriations, support MIPR execution and Unliquidated Obligation research
• Build repeatable audit readiness processes and reconcile accounts before an auditor asks
