Qualifications

• Eight years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage the program battle rhythm, coordinating facility resources and meeting logistics for recurring and decisional meetings.
• Release meeting invitations ahead of suspense and deliver draft minutes within one business day for critical meetings.
• Record and track action items to closure and maintain electronic program files for immediate retrieval.
• Track and route external taskers in the ETMS2 system.
• Collect and report program metrics, producing graphs and summaries for program actions.
• Prepare and submit the Weekly Schedule Input to the Portfolio, on time.
• Prepare correspondence to Marine Corps standards.
