This role provides SME guidance on DAI processes, Oracle BI tools, and enterprise systems, enabling audit readiness and improved financial reporting. Candidates must have a Secret clearance, 10+ years of federal finance experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or above.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of Federal financial management experience.
• Extensive Marine Corps financial processes and Navy operations experience.
• DAI, including Budget to Report, OBIEE/OAS, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay.
• Oracle Financials Certification required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with automated solutions.
• Ability to communicate findings to senior Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial plans, forecasts, and cost estimates.
• Analyze financial requirements and budget execution trends.
• Support reconciliation and reporting across Marine Corps financial systems.
• Provide expertise regarding DAI business processes.
• Support financial reporting development within OBIEE and OAS/BI.
• Evaluate financial management system integration opportunities and process improvements.
• Assist with audit readiness, internal controls, and financial statement support.
• Provide recommendations to leadership regarding financial management practices.
• Support analysis of execution data, USSGL transactions, and reporting requirements.
