Job summary

BryceTech LLC in Arlington, VA, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Headquarters Marine Corps Budget & Execution Division in developing financial plans, cost estimates, and budget execution analysis for complex DoD programs.

This role provides SME guidance on DAI processes, Oracle BI tools, and enterprise systems, enabling audit readiness and improved financial reporting. Candidates must have a Secret clearance, 10+ years of federal finance experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or above.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of Federal financial management experience.
• Extensive Marine Corps financial processes and Navy operations experience.
• DAI, including Budget to Report, OBIEE/OAS, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay.
• Oracle Financials Certification required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with automated solutions.
• Ability to communicate findings to senior Government stakeholders.

Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Headquarters Marine Corps Budget & Execution Division in the development of financial plans, cost estimates, budget execution analysis, audit readiness initiatives, and financial system optimization efforts.

This position serves as a subject matter expert supporting Marine Corps financial management processes and enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial plans, forecasts, and cost estimates
• Analyze financial requirements and budget execution trends
• Support reconciliation and reporting activities across Marine Corps financial systems
• Provide expertise regarding Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) business processes
• Support financial reporting development within Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
• Evaluate financial management system integration opportunities and process improvements
• Assist with audit readiness, internal controls, and financial statement support
• Provide recommendations to leadership regarding financial management practices and corrective actions
• Support analysis of execution data, USSGL transactions, and financial reporting requirements

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or above
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, information systems, or related field
• 10+ years supporting Federal financial management
• Extensive experience with:
  • Marine Corps financial management processes
  • Department of the Navy financial operations
  • Budget formulation and execution
  • Financial reporting and audit readiness
• Deep expertise with Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), including:
  • Budget to Report
  • OBIEE/OAS
  • Order to Cash
  • Procure to Pay processes
• Oracle Financials Certification(s) required
• Additional relevant professional certifications preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience translating financial requirements into automated solutionsAbility to communicate findings to senior Government stakeholders
