Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years FP&A, financial analysis, cost management, accounting, or related finance roles; or 5+ years with Master's.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in large, complex data sets.
• Advanced Excel and experience with financial systems or reporting tools; SAP experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain understanding of products, production processes, and cost structure to identify gross margin drivers.
• Conduct quotation-based gross margin analysis and forecasting by integrating quotation, backlog, sales forecast, product cost, and accounting actuals.
• Perform gross margin analysis across customers, products, and business segments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Cost Accounting, and other teams to validate forecast assumptions and provide actionable insights.
• Establish dynamic reporting structures for quotation, forecast, actual, and variance analysis to improve visibility and accuracy.
• Create dashboards and management reports to communicate gross margin trends and drivers.
• Apply data management and analytics to manage large datasets and improve forecasting processes.
