Illumina is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Manufacturing to lead financial planning for Component Consumable & Manufacturing and Technical Operations. The role partners with Operations and Finance to deliver timely insights, drive margin improvement, and ensure US GAAP compliance.

The position is full-time with 2–3 days in-office in San Diego and on-site as needed. Requires 5+ years in operations finance, strong Excel, SAP experience, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in operations finance and cost accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with manufacturing variances.
• Experience with SAP; Cognos TM1 is a plus.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel and large data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead manufacturing finance planning cycles (forecasts, budgets, variance reports).
• Prepare reports and exec-level insights on cost and operations trends.
• Analyze costs, activity, variances, and milestones to drive margin.
• Support decision-making, forecasting, budgeting, and variance resolution.
• Ensure cost accounting processes and internal controls.
