Lincoln Electric is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for our Cleveland, Ohio headquarters. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in collecting, compiling, analyzing and reporting financial and operational results of the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Hyperion Enterprise and SAP are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects, compiles, analyzes and reports financial results of the organization, including sales, profits and working capital.
• Assists in preparing and organizing monthly Business Reviews.
• Identifies operational issues and works with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepares financial analysis to support operations decisions.
• Supports internal and external audits.
• Supports completion of physical inventories at Cleveland plant locations.
• Participates in meetings to promote teamwork and cross-functional cooperation.
• Supports ad hoc reporting requests.
• Assumes additional responsibilities in support of the company’s RISE Strategy.
