Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build complex financial models.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior management.
• Experience with KPI development and monitoring.
• Proficiency in PowerBI to develop dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for senior management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights for key decisions.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Develop dashboards using PowerBI for real-time insights.
• Participate in annual budgeting and FP&A activities.
• Continuously improve financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
