Job summary

Generac is seeking a Senior HR Financial Analyst to partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial reporting. The role drives strategic decisions through financial analysis and oversight of people-planning systems.

You will manage budgets, provide insights, and support profitability initiatives while working closely with cross-functional partners to analyze variances and forecast performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or financial analysis.
• Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models.
• Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Knowledge of month-end accruals and financial reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and P&L analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

The Senior HR Financial Analyst is a key member of the Corporate HR team, partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial reporting. This role supports strategic decision-making through financial analysis, budget management, leadership reporting, and oversight of Generac's people-planning systems.

Minimum Job Requirements
