Job summary

AQUA Dermatology is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to shape financial strategy across our Florida-region operations. You will conduct in-depth financial analysis, prepare reports, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior management to drive better decision-making and financial performance.

Your work includes developing KPIs, supporting budgets and forecasts, and producing revenue analyses while ensuring accuracy and timeliness for multiple health care entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP.
• Forecasting and/or budgeting experience.
• Independent worker and analytical thinker with data analysis skills.
• Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
• Healthcare and/or multi-entity background is a plus.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creates queries and models to support leadership decisions and improve clinical workflow.
• Supports budget/forecast performance and variance, initiating corrective action.
• Develops KPIs and tracks performance against targets.
• Prepares financial reports including revenue/collection analyses.
• Calculates monthly provider compensation accurately and on deadlines.
• Produces timely analysis of large healthcare datasets.
• Supports annual budget and forecasting processes.
