Job description

Newly created Senior Financial Analyst position with a nationwide, leading provider of substance abuse treatment. Open to remote candidates, but if in Nashville area there are opportunities to come in office occasionally.

Looking for someone from the investment banking or M&A space. This role is focused on financial modeling, stock research, forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the accounting team too.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage, develop and lead a first-in-class finance team to effectively partner with various businesses.
  2. Assist facility CEOs and the Director of Finance to develop the company’s budget for the upcoming year.
  3. Forecast future metrics and financials based on historical trends.
  4. Create Excel workbooks for each facility with forecasted financials, revenue models, labor models, and capital expenditures.
  5. Monitor organizational spending to ensure it is within the budget each quarter.
  6. Calculate detailed future spending and capital expenditures of different facilities.
  7. Consolidate financials of all departments and facilities into one budget to analyze growth from year to year.
  8. Work closely with the Director of Revenue/Accounting on calculating gross charges and collection percentages of gross billings.
