The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Healthcare Sales team by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales performance, improve processes, and enhance strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing sales trends, managing key data sets, producing performance reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis
- Collect, manage, and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, market trends, and customer behaviors.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across sales technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Incorta, Oracle).
- Support the field sales team by resolving data inconsistencies and providing quality assurance.
- Develop sales forecasts, demand planning, and financial projections to guide sales strategies.
Sales Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and recommend scalable solutions to improve productivity.
- Assist in the development and optimization of sales enablement tools, including CRM enhancements and automated workflows.
- Partner with the Director of Field Sales Operations to implement process improvements that enhance team efficiency.
Reporting & Insights
- Create and circulate sales reports that provide actionable insights for sales executives and cross-functional peers.
- Conduct whitespace analyses to uncover untapped opportunities for business growth.
- Support Rx Returns business reviews and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct periodic audits and ensure data accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Regulatory, and Customer Service teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Partner with the Sales Enablement team to support sales training programs with data-backed insights.
- Coordinate with technology and operations teams to enhance system integrations and sales tools.
Performance Assessment & Forecasting
- Monitor sales representatives’ performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in financial forecasting for sales revenue, operational expenses, and market demand.
- Provide analytical support for pricing strategies and package rate management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in sales operations, sales analytics, or a similar data-driven sales role.
- Experience working with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Incorta, Oracle).
Skills:
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite products, including Google Looker
