Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required.
• Basic knowledge of US GAAP and SOX requirements.
• Minimum 3–5 years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing or multinational environments.
• SAP or Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze complex financial reports on a recurring and/or ad hoc basis.
• Review, analyze, approve, and prioritize changes to financial reporting systems and toolsets.
• Support plants needing assistance or training on the use of financial systems and toolsets.
• Develop specifications for, and implement improvements to, financial systems and toolsets.
• Prioritize initiatives to modify and enhance financial systems and toolsets based on costs and impact.
• Perform ad hoc analyses with tight deadlines.
• Manage user requests for changes to financial systems and toolsets.
• Conduct due diligence on requests and propose alternatives to improve systems and tools.
