Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $130,000 per year. The Senior Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning activities, develop financial models, analyze performance, and work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related function.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with experience working with large volumes of data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting structures.
• Experience within manufacturing, technology, aerospace, defense, or other complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning activities to assist business decision making.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, and explain key performance drivers.
• Develop financial models and reporting tools to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
• Manage large data sets, validate information, and maintain accurate financial reporting processes.
• Partner with cross functional teams to provide insights, recommendations, and performance analysis.
