Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with Planful/SAP by Design. The position offers a hybrid schedule and growth within a women-owned company focused on infection prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow interdependencies.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, pivots, and modeling.
• Experience with Planful and SAP by Design preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes and reporting.
• Perform monthly close analysis including revenue, margins, and SG&A for assigned areas.
• Partner with operations to improve margins, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare executive and board-level reporting with clear commentary.
• Assist with process improvements and internal controls and automation initiatives.
