The ideal candidate will bring extensive accounting/finance experience, excel mastery, and a proactive, teaching mindset to streamline departmental functions and support management needs.

Formación

• 7+ years of finance experience including increasing responsibility in accounting/finance.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data to support decisions.
• Ability to learn, teach others, and apply traditional accounting knowledge.
• Create tools/templates to support consolidation and reporting needs.
• Prepare financial analyses and GAAP-compliant reports for management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide data and analysis to support decision making with a methodical approach.
• Develop flexible tools for consolidation and corporate schedules.
• Produce P&L and balance sheet analyses and presentations.
• Support FP&A processes including plans, LBE, and LRPs.
• Collaborate with management to streamline finance functions.
