Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A at a Glance…

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, plays a key role in the Away From Home and Ingredients (AFH&I) FP&A team, providing crucial financial analysis and insights to these platforms. The team manages the P&L for both platforms and collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to drive business success.

What’s on the menu?

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to forecast demand, internal P&L and external market share
  • Collaborate on pricing, promotional strategies, and their financial and market share impacts
  • Analyze supply constraints' effects on P&L and market share with Operations support
  • Develop and explain the full P&L, including operational costs and productivity
  • Lead financial planning routines and monitor KPIs for key initiatives
  • Create reporting packages that deliver insights and promote efficiency and standardization
  • Work with Growth Finance on industry outlook, innovation, renovation, and capital planning forecasts
  • Support annual strategic planning for 1- and 3-year horizons
  • Evaluate and improve FP&A routines and processes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills and data-driven influencing ability

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, SAP, Tableau, or Power BI

Salary Range: $88,000 - $110,000

Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligibility according to plan terms

Compensation will consider internal equity, geographic region, experience, and skills.
