Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

Department: Finance

Reports To: Global Director of Finance

FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A is responsible for preparing financial projections, analyzing performance, and supporting budgeting processes. This role will help drive business decisions by providing clear insights and actionable data to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare long-term financial projections and support the operating budgeting process
• Benchmark and monitor KPIs and financial performance
• Evaluate and track Capex and financial initiatives
• Prepare cost-benefit and payback analysis
• Monitor expenditures (IT, HR, headcount, insurance, infrastructure)
• Handle controlling functions
• Manage general purchasing activities and improve function
• Monitor and administer vendor contracts
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and project reports for senior management
