Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive client-facing FP&A activities: quarterly forecasts by service line and monthly budget-to-actual variance packages.
• Prepare financial/operational presentations for business reviews and lead discussions on account performance.
• Develop and present operational reporting tools to ensure KPI compliance (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Partner with account leadership and operations to drive strategic planning and outcomes.
• Track and monitor project financials, especially asset replacement activities.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and analyses.

Job description

The Financial Analyst reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager is responsible for providing financial, operational and analytical support to key clients, both externally and internally throughout the organization. The Financial Analyst will work to ensure a superior understanding of the economic ramifications of all business decisions. This role is critical in the budgeting/forecasting process as well as monthly business review preparation and the month end close process. Special Project, ad hoc and strategic initiative related work is also a key aspect of this role

• Drive client-facing FP&A activities, such as quarterly forecasts by service line, monthly budget to actual variance report packages, and continued invoicing process efficiency gains
• Prepare financial and operational presentations for business reviews and lead internal discussions on account / program financial performance
• Drive operational performance by developing, maintaining and presenting key operational reporting tools to insure key account KPI compliance. (Excel, Power BI and Tableau)
• Partner with account leadership and operational team to drive strategic planning, customer experience and program outcomes
• Track and monitor project financials, particularly as it relates to asset replacement activities
• Ad-hoc project, requests, and analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 5 Years of Related FP&A Experience

Physical Demands

• Ability to work in an office environment using laptop, cell phone and office phones
