Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• 5–10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and act proactively to build trust with business units.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and business-related analyses and research.
• Prepare forecasts and analyze financial reports, records, and trends.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets/databases to facilitate analysis.
• Lead financial analysis projects and document findings for management.
• Provide variance explanations and recommendations on reserves, assets, and expenditures.
• Present analyses to all management levels to summarize results.
